Services

Taxes by Kashmiere provides tax preparation services for individuals and small businesses. All pricing is as listed on our Services page and agreed upon before preparation begins.

Payment

Payment is due before or at the time your completed return is delivered to you. We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and CashApp. Returns will not be e-filed until payment is received.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Taxes by Kashmiere is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

IRS Notices

If you receive an IRS notice related to a return we prepared, contact us immediately. We will review the notice and assist with the response at no additional charge for errors attributable to our preparation.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for IRS penalties or interest except where caused by our own preparation error.
